I'm so jealous! One of my friends/students went to the Dallas Guitar Show. But, he did get some great pix. Especially cool, is the Peter Green/ Gary Moore Les Paul. I don't think it was for sale. Just on display. But, he said the "owner" would let anyone pick it up, and take a picture, or play it! ARRRGGGHHH! I would LOVE to play that guitar.

Just seeing the picture of the Peter Green guitar made me sweat! Thanks Swain! I thought you were going to say that it was a new signature model. Thank God it isn't- I can't afford have any more GAS right now!!! Gary Moore- thanks for keeping it warm. But Peter is my man. Does Gary no longer own it? I certainly hope he didn't sell it- Peter gave it to him...for free if memory serves.

I heard that Peter had started thinking more clearly, about 10 years ago. He asked Gary to sell back the guitar, and Gary said "No". Pretty shitty sounding, as I think Gary bought it for $50.00, when Peter was "ill". This is just my recollection of interviews I've read. I could be wrong. Either way, I wish I had been able to play that guitar! I still get pumped up when I hear that old "Live At The Boston Tea Party"! Cool
