Greetings and happy compressor tidings... I just caught wind of the Toadworks Mr. Squishy (I think they're listed under "Mr. Ed" here, and the link is currently broken) and was wondering if anyone had some first hand experience with it. It's supposed to be subtle and transparent, and keep a bright high end in tact. Any truth to the rumors?

and we are the dreamers of the dreams

I haven't tried Mr Squishy, But I'm a compressor
freak and I've tried many. The best to me so far
are Analogman Bi-comprosser and the Demeter
optical compressor pedal....Bi-comp has two units
in one pedal, a killer modded version of the Ross
comp. that people love and an Orange squeezer!!,
used by many Nashville cats, Steely Dan, ect.
The new Demeter pedal is optical like the famous
LA-2A rack mount comp. used on many great records
Abby Road, Electric Ladyland, ect. and I must say
that it does capture the favour of that LA-2A,
but it's the size of a Dyna-comp!!!and just under
$200....My two cents
