What do you think of this octave up pedal? Are there better ones out there?

Just saw your post.

I owned an MJM Roctavios for a while and I currently own a Chicago Iron Octavian.

I would say that the Roctavios is a GREAT Pedal and can get you 99% of the way there compared to the Chicago Iron...

But, the chicago iron is also about $90-100 more than the MJM, so for the money I would say that the MJM is a better deal.

If money is absolutely not a concern I would try the Chicago Iron Octavian. The CIO looks exactly like an old Octavia. They really did their homework.

I will say that the MJM is a little smoother sounding, but that may or may not be a good thing when it comes to a fuzz/octave...
