I am officially in the Bronto family as of today.

This is one of the coolest damn pedal I've played. The internal trimmer is so useful and lets you tailor the amount of gain, and I believe it adds to the overall top end of the tone as well.

The tone control on this pedal is unbelievable. It changes the entire charecter of the gain from one end to the other. With the tone CW you get a sweet top end and a smoother charecter along with great sustain that you would associate with a fuzz. When you turn the tone CCW the bottom starts to loosen up and the gain takes on more of a fuzz that has that rip to it that we all love. I took the BB to rehersal tonight and found myself constantly messing with the tone knob because it changed things so much.

I have my trim pot maxed so there are a lot of different settings to be had with this pedal. Joe has some samples posted at lower gain settings that sound really cool as well. I'll try to find the link to the page.

I'll add more to this when I spend more time with the BB.
