Count me in Tonebender. I have number 43 and I love it. Some have discovered that it lacks a little sustain and on some of my guitars I agree that it could use just a little more umph. However when used with my Steinberger with active EMG's it is SWEET!!!!

Cubba, you should check out the Mr. Ed reviews at Harmony Central. They're pretty much the same as my findings.
JC, I got #23 (first one made with AC jack)...I dunno anything about EMG's but I have found that hotter pickups really help to put push the pedal into "the zone".
What are your settings?
Mine are: Brown-10, Tone-8 & Volume at whatever...I just use my guitar knobs to get a bunch of different tones

Tonebender,
My settings are the same as yours - brown on 10, tone between 7-10 and I found that running the output on about 6-7 gives it a little more sizzle.
I have an led and the 9v jack. Was yours the one Ryan made with the 2.5mm jack instead of what he now uses - 2.1mm?

Ryan did mention that he wasn't sure which size jack he put in and it could be 2.5 or 2.1.......I didn't measure it or anything I just kept trying different adapters I had until one fit!........mine didn't come with an LED though, but I don't mind.
