I've been using this one for about 6 or 7 months now:

It's more accurate than the Peterson VS-2/Strobe-O-Stomp and tracks faster with a very easy to read display. I was hoping they would do a stomp box version. Oh yeah baby!

Cool. I'm anxious to give that a spin. I've heard many good reviews about them. And it looks like they made the pedal in a nice small enclosure. Looks a helluva lot tougher than the Stobostomp, to be sure.

I have a VSII that I use as my bench tuner, but I could use an accurate tuner on my pedal board.

Dude, thanks for the heads up! It looks like exactly what I'm looking for. I was going to get the new Korg Pitch Black Tuner http://www.musiciansfriend.com/product/Korg-Pitch-Black-Pedal-Tuner?sku=210087 but they keep "bumping back" it's sale date. I'll get a POS for now and get that little Warlock when it comes out.

Hmmmm

I love my StroboStomp, but every so often it drifts and doesn't settle right. That happens at inoppotune times. If this tuner has sweetened tunings and gets to .1 cent, it might be worth trying.

+/- .02 cent and tracks smoothly. I know what you mean about the StroboStomp drifting. My VS-1 sometimes has a hard time figuring out what string I'm playing and the high E sometimes just doesn't seem to register at all. I've not had any of those problems with the Turbo Tuner.

I was going to pick up a Peterson because my tuner is starting to fail but this looks better to me. Does it do the Buzz Feiten <SP? thing too?

So, I wonder if it'll work as well as the Planet Waves? I find the PW to be really accurate, and stable. Quick, too.

The hand held version does, so I assume the stomp box will as well.

The Planet Waves is +/- .1 cents. The Turbo Tuner is +/- .02 cents I'd say that's a little more accurate. I've had the hand held version for about 6 or 7 months and find it tracks fast, smooth and stable.

Awesome - I'll be on the list to buy one of these. Will Toyz carry these?

The hand held is $129 so I immagine the stomp box version would be priced similar.

Meh..

I've been very happy with my strobostomps. I haven't had any of the issues that everyone always talks about. I don't see myself buying a different tuner anytime soon.

I thought that way until my SS2 just died on me for no reason after a year. A year of not playing out and just turning it off and on with a socked foot a few times a week. On a pedalboard. Without disconnecting or reconnecting plugs at all.

Weird. I've got 2 original Strobos that have been through quite a bit. I've had them for several years. Not a lick of trouble. Guess I got lucky!! Smile

I just ordered the stomp version of the Turbo Tuner - it is available now at the preorder price of $109.99 and includes shipping.

Once I get it, I'll give it the works and see if it is up to the challenge.
