only thing I got is the cheap-o milkshake chorus to offer. Actually sounds pretty good but I'm not talking about transparent or non-coloration of your tone. One trick pony that does a nice thick chorus for $25.

I have the Pigtronix prototype phaser/envelope I could throw in. Problem is its friggin' huge. (Captain coconut sized approximately.) The size might be prohibitive but I'm sure some of y'all would like to check it out. The other ware I could throw in would be a Mooger Fooger 12 stage phaser. The Red Witch does not leave my board however. It;s to
The one and only. Excellent! Chewy phaser-univibe tone, real vibrato, LED's so bright, I gotta wear shades! The auto wah would be nicer with a blend control. But I didn't get it for the auto wah.

Ha! So you took that bitch back in after you kicked her to the curb for all those 20 knobbed mod maxed 3mm'd lfo/ufo phase inverted monsters you had for awhile? I was lost for awhile after I traded that thing to Gazeglow. The Moog and Pigtronix weren't nearly as gig friendly. Come to think of it...They flat out don't sound as good. I've found simpler to be better for me as far as phasers go. I floundered with the clone chorus after I traded that Rastop; phase just works for me so much better. I always wished that it had more range on the slower side of things and didn't become sea sick so quickly. But the sweet spot on that thing was awesome. The Red Witch is great but it just doesn't do that quasi envelope sound-I really miss that.

Ok, we have a good selection, Im going to narrow it down to probably 5 pedals and 8 peoples in the next few days and we can proceed....... any thoughts or preferences, express them now.....thanks
I have the Pigtronix proto; maybe the actual production model will have some tweaks... For one the proto is huge. Bigger then a Captain Coconut. The production model is going to be considerably smaller so no biggie there...
The main gripe I have is this: The vibe sound is very good; the envelope is awesome. But I can't switch back and forth between them on the fly because the controls have to be set differently to hit the respective sweet spots. If I set the envelope to the perfect sweet spot I get gurgling alien noises when I switch to the phase side on the fly. Which isn't bad. But i really want to be able to switc to the killer vibe sound. But to do that I have to screw with the knobs and then the envelope sweet spot is lost. So it has lots of functions but you can only really use one at a time. I will say that once you find the sweet spot on the envelope the the sound is amazing. I mean just perfect. I love the idea of the pedal. It just seems like going back and forth between the two settings/sweet spots between vibe/phase and envelope is going to always involve knob twiddling. Not gig friendly-for me anyway. Still a great studio tool, a great idea. He really nailed the perfect envelope sound for me so I'm keeping it anyway. Don't worry. As a phase freak you have to try these things for yourself anyway; don't let me deprive you of that privledge!
