Any one have a chance to try one of these out? I am in the market for a pedal that would do some flange, phase and tremolo. The stereo option is also very appealing. I am not a heavy user of any of the effects offered in the pedal, so I thought an all in one would be a great way to do it even if it isnt totally perfect.

I have the Nova delay and really like it for what I use a delay for.

I'd be interested in any info on this pedal as well. Looks interesting, and the price would be reasonable-ish if it was any good.

I am hoping guitar pro shop or gearmandude will do a good one. If not I will probably pick one up and see how it is. I was thinking it is a better bet than getting the fulltone supa-trem and choralflange. I liked the ound of the supa-trem, but do not like the choralflange.

All right, I'm the sucker who decided to find out what it's all about. It seems like a pretty good deal to me. TC Nova Mod is $250, TC SCF is $300. So for $50 LESS you get more FX, plus programmability. I really like the Nova Delay, so I have high expectations for the Nova Mod.

I should have it later this week.

Exxcellent, I've been wondering about this one myself. Plus, you're not the type to sugarcoat it if there are any deficiencies which is what you want in a reviewer. Full report!

Just got the Nova Mod. Plugged it in without reading the manual. Initial impressions are good. Need to read up and try saving some presets. More to come later!

I ordered one, too. Should get here early next week. If the effects sound good (Headshot?) and it's reasonably useable live, then it makes sense as a way of filling multiple gaps in your mod pedal lineup (chorus, trem, vibe & flange, for me) with good quality sounds for a reasonable price. That's a lot of "if," though. We'll see.

The drunker I sound, the better you get.

Okay, I can give a quick thumbs up to this thing: all the basic modulation effects sound pretty good to my ear--rich and analog-y, not harsh and digital. When I tried it out for a few minutes just now I ran it stereo into my Maz Jr and Lonestar Special, which probably helped to fill out the sound quite a bit. Nice chorus, good smoky flange (an effect I'd previously thought useless, but I ended up playing Tom Waits' "Temptation" and it worked great), very flexible, useable trem and a decent-to-excellent vibe. Bear in mind that I have limited experience with these effects/sounds, so my opinion should be taken with a grain of salt. Also, I don't really have a sense of how useable this critter would be in a live setting: it's got room for 9 presets, so presumably you could dial-in your favorite sounds and get at them without too much trouble--haven't tried that yet. If that's the case, then for $249 this thing's a steal. I might have to get the TC Nova Verb next.

I was able to mess with mine a little more. I do like it! I need to spend some more time to give a full review. I'm rewiring my pedalboard this week, so after that I can test it with all my other pedals.

I got mine a few weeks ago as well. I do like the pedal a lot. especially the zero flange with a fuzz in front of it.

I do notice a degrading effect on the tone with both nova pedals in line, so I am getting a loop that will bypass the pedals when not in use.
