Real estate on my pedalboard is scarce. I need a volume pedal for delay swells. I have an old Boss volume pedal that works perfect. I want a wah, but don't have the space.
Does anyone make a Wah/Volume pedal that has an excellent, very smooth volume pedal and a boutique-quality wah? I don't mind paying some dough if such an animal exists. I've owned Morleys in the past, and didn't like them at all. I recently tried a Gig-Fx Mega Wah, but the volume function was not smooth and added tons of boost (with no way to bypass the huge boost), and the wah sounded like a stock Cry Baby...yuk! I was disappointed, because I think Adrian Belew uses one. I expected more quality. Also, it was made in China, and not inexpensive! "A good composer does not imitate; he steals." Igor Stravinsky |

The answer is, no. Both in the same pedal is a compromise to both.
Put the wah and or the volume on the floor next to your board. Quite a few people do that. H ______________________________ 10-24-08 RIP Bob Sweet. May your sweet sound live on forever. ---------------------------------------- All that nitpicky BS is just the ultimate in bedroom wanking - Cubba |

That's what I thought. I'll either do that, or just get a bigger board (ugh!). Thanks
