I got a couple old Fuzz pedals I would like to know more about.

I have a Grey box super Fuzz.....what year are the dark grey ones from...I'm assuming they came out before the orange ones.

I picked up a Fender Fuzz Wah Volume today..it's the darker grey one...not the steel one.....the Fuzz on this great.super thick...kinda like the fat setting on the Super Fuzz but smoother...maybe a bit closer to a silicon FF.The weird thing is,it has an opamp in it, a tl70??? ,should I swap this out for 4558d or something....if it works for TS,might work for a Fuzz.

Should I attempt to have these true bypassed too......or just leave em alone.

Well.....if anyone knows anything about these....post away.

MJM makes a China Fuzz...a Univox Super Fuzz clone. Pretty cool. I like mine.
