lefty, are you suggesting i put a weber P10R? i thought the lil' blue guy sounded pretty good...will i notice a big difference?

No, actually what I have is the Jensen RI p10r (25 watts). And from what I'm gathering you have an older tweed model with the Eminence p10r. I'm guessing thats probably rated at 25 watts or so. I'd say the two are pretty much in the same ball park if not the same in tone.

I used to have a tweed Pjr, and LOVED the p10r that was in there, that's why I got he Jensen RI and put it in mine. I'm sure the Weber p10r is better but only rated at 15 watts...not too much room to fudge in the headroom dept in my book. And if you weigh amp price+Weber p10r price=???, well it doesn't quite ring up IMHO. Stick with what you've got, your there.

Anybody want a Pro Jr. (STOCK) speaker? Razz
