the (my) akai headrush is/was WAY too noisy and was like playing with plastic... it didn't work.

ps. if you have the money, and like analog sound(s)/warmth, buy an ibanez/maxon or some boss pedal instead. 'cause the dl4 might work, for some musicians, but for me it's just on the edge of getting to a multifx-unit - which ISN'T(!!!) my kind of deal.

I LOVE my Headrush. No noise problems what so ever. excellent interface and 23.8 seconds of sample time. It has turned our three piece into a four. I run two lines from it, the effect one into the passive input on my Mesa M-2000 and the dry line to the active input. This way i can control the sample level so it is never buried. I highly recomend this box, I tried many.
