anyone have one or tried one that could compare it to some other pedals.....both look interesting...........or one for sale / trade????.......

I have a Dual Tone and am planning on selling it.

It's nothing like a Fulldrive 2 or Tubescreamer. It's a much meatier, heavier kind of overdrive. Definately in the Marshall territory. I would not call it transparent at all. It adds a lot of low end and some funky mids too. Does a great job of beefing up a Strat's bridge pickup.

If I played heavier rock type stuff I'd keep it but it's just too meaty for my tastes.

Cool song, Ash. That Yardbox with hard blues riffing reminds me of early Zeppelin. Ya'll need a bass player and a vocal wailer to complete the effect!
