Looks like a Tele Plus to me.
The Tele Plus had a single Lace Sensor in the neck position and a double Lace sensor in the Bridge Position. I can't remember the color code, Probably red-bridge, blue neck.
They made a bunch of other models. Amer. Std. '52 reissue, Squire, Mexican reissues etc. The folks at the Fender Talk Forum may be able to give you more details on the models mad at that time.

The Tele Plus was made with different pick-ups over the years, but if it has Lace Sensors I would bet that it is a Tele Plus! Mine has 3 Lace Sensors set up like a stratocasters pickups are with an extra switch to get the neck and bridge on together like a standard tele, It's a 50th year Tele Plus (1996) was not many made like mine I think the books say only 5,000 made.
