Ok - got the Blue Boy today - first impression - really good sound and VERY versatile. Sure, it would be much easier if the internal trim pots were on the outside, but that aside, wow, there are really a lot of different sounds to be had with this pedal. It has a lot of gain available, esp. as you turn up the internal Character control - then you can voice it with the voicing (and brightness although this seems to be more of a compensation for an amps response) - now I can't decide how I want to set it up.... but that's a nice quandry to be in.... to many good sounds. It can certainly sound like a really good TS, but then you can move it into other territory.

Cool - have to tweak away now.

To add - it seems like you can crank up the bass on this if you want to....

I got the Tube Zone, and likewise I find it to be rather dynamic. It can go from light overdrive to balls-out distortion.
