I tested one out in the shop a few months ago and I mostly remember it doing one sound really well (Neil Young). Lots of knobs, but you never really too far out of buzzy, gainy, trebly territory.

While playing live I guess it´s good for hitting a drunken antagonist...

What sound you get out of that I don´t know..

Well, me an darth dildor tried the pedal (in an amp, not by hitting anyone. But I could have used one i Fort Worth when I met a drunk arrogant guy with a hat who didn´t like people) in Austin. We just had 5 minutes before they closed the shop but we still had a chance to get some good sounds from it.. but you know that already

I liked the pedal quite a bit. It could get wholly bully or thin. Yes, it can do the Neil Young "God Damn, the amp is about to Blow up!" sound in spades. However, it has a few tricks up its sleeve. First, you can use it as a straight up Fuzz, or a Straight up Overdrive. You blend those two knobs together to get that huge FAT tone. In addition, there is a knob that makes the pedal sound like it is working on a dead battery. It is strange, but it sounds kinda cool to me. I think Nanook thought it might be little too over-the-top, but I thought it was a cool pedal. It is made here in Austin...

Yeah, to me it´s a cool pedal but not the kind of pedal I put first on my list. Maybe if I gave it some time. I´m not that familiar with the Neil Young sound from that era but I sure think his sound is great now that I spent more time listening to it.

I think Stax gonna get one when he gets to Nashville in a couple of weeks and I will get a chance to try it better if he buy one.

if I do get one I could slap Nanook with it before he tries it. No, I get your point. It has to be tested to know.

Anyone knows a shop in Nashville who sells Durham pedals?

GC or Sammy´s ashes? No, I didn´t think so

try bypass or true passed out...
