Here's a few custom pedals I just finished building. The unfinished one, and the red one are for Swain. The green one is for Fleabiscuit, and no it's not a Tubescreamer!

I don't think I could build pedals full time, but doing these custom one offs is pretty fun.

But you can't tell what they sound like jus' by lookin.

Yeah, maybe I need to put to use that nice studio I built!!! I've been busy working on projects outside for the last few months.

Looking real nice Dan. How would you characterize the sounds of these peds? Can you relate them tonewise to anything on the market, or stuff we are familiar with?

Oh you're familiar with these.

The first one is Rat based, the second is TS based, and third is Bluesbreaker based. The layouts might give the rest away. It's fun when you do custom stuff because you can take the time to tune the pedal, and really dial things in. All three of these sound fantastic.

I'm currently working on an OD circuit of my own. It's close to being done, but then I keep coming up with more ideas and have to try them out.

I'd love to hear more about the Lollar tweeds: I'm thinking about them for a partsocaster of my own (hey, if Nash can do it...).

Also a review of the HS pedals, when you get them?
