Hey Looky!! George finally appears!

Yes the outlets are in fact on a separate circuit. I also connected several outlets that are on the other side of the red wall (in the "live" room) to this circuit as well. That way from the amp all the way through the recording chain is all on a dedicated circuit. There is in outlet in the closet where I will have my workbench that is on a circuit with some other stuff.

The recessed lights in this room are on a dimmer, so that's another reason for having the gear on a separate circuit. Don't want dimmer buzz!

Nearly Done!!

I've got all but 1 of the sound panels covered and hung. I just have one more bass trap to finish and mount on the rear wall.

I'll start moving my desk and gear back into the room tonight. I should be hooked up and ready to rock in a few days.

My Bad... I've been BRUTALLY busy the last 2 months. Got a new job, been working on some music projects, and now that the weather is nice here I've been working in my yard.

The studio is done, with just a few minor things left. I haven't recorded much yet, but have doing a few mixing projects. The room sounds pretty darn good. I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

I'll try to get some pics up this weekend.
