The 4th of July and Jimi ! - this weekend things get very slow around here as people take to the beach, lakes, mountains, etc to relax and rejoice as they should. This year has been pretty tough on us Americans and the world with real estate, gas prices, food, war, Presidents, etc. so guys sit back and relax this weekend. Play your guitar, drink some Bud (it's still an American Company as of right now) and just think it's pretty good to be alive ! Be safe, drink, party, turn your amp up to 11, don't drive, eat some bad for you food, and will see you Monday ! Click the Picture for Fireworks and Jimi !

I'll be playing music with a bunch of friends, Friday. Saturday, I've got a booth set up at a big "Family Fest" type of event. We'll be hawking Guitar Lessons, all day long.

Sunday, I'll be dead. Or, I'll feel like it! Woo-Hoo!

Ever noticed how Jimi plays the sounds of the War, in this tune? The Rockets Red Glare, The Bombs Bursting In Air, the Ambulances and Machine Guns? I like to close my eyes, and try to visualize the pictures he's painting.
