Undoubtly handicapped with the lose of his arms, the joy and desire to reach others with music and communicate has driven him with passion. There's another guy I immediately thought of when you posted this. Tony Melendez. He's from Nicaragua and most of his music is in Spanish. I remember seeing this guy many years ago on TV when I first started playing guitar. I couldn't believe that someone could play with their feet. I believe he mostly does religious music, but this is a short clip of a song everyone knows.
