Anybody have any experience daisy chaining two of the 5 plug ac cords with the One Spot? Their site says you can do it, but just wanted to check. I'm putting together a smaller board and I want to get 8 pedals on it (I know, I know, I have a problem, at least I admit it). I'm trying to keep the thing light, so I thought maybe a One Spot and a couple of the 5 plug cords might do the trick.

i use the Godlyke PowerAll which is similar to the OneSpot, but comes with all the adapter plugs you need (Line 6, Dod, reverse polarity, etc.) and can power up to 20 pedals.

i actually use the OneSpot 5 plug connectors instead of the PowerAll ones, since they're right angle and fit my space restrictions better than the straight plug on the Godlyke 5 plug connector.

The OneSpot is a good choice and you'll have no problem running 8 pedals. i'm running 12 off of my PowerAll and it works just great.

I think you need to consider that the 1spot has 800mA and whatever the current draw of each of your pedals is, that total cannot exceed 800. Chorus, Delay, reverb are big consumers. The EH holy Grail takes 500mA for example.

It just depends on your pedals. If you are using low current draw OD's that draw around 7mA (TS etc.) you could run a ton of them. As long as they add up to less than 800mA.

that's a good point about the pedal draw. if you find you're near or over 800mA then look at the PowerAll. it has a 1.7Amp rating.
