Man I've been haveing a blast with this pedal. It works so well pushing clean and dirty amps.Sounds like a nice clear fat preamp. No compression.I had it in my effects loop but I put it back in front so it could push the preamp. It's a blast with Telecasters and Classic Gibsons.I've been pushing it with a Red llama for solos. It's working great.

i love mine as well! it't weird that though there's no compression, there is some fattening or tube saturation of the sound. not sure if those terms describe it well...to me it's basically an eq that warms up the tone.

I agree totally. It's a great pedal and really natural sounding.Works great with other pedals.

You can use a superduper as an overdrive?

i think you can, that's not what i use it for. i like the sensitivity/attack/sparkle features, so i set the first channel to unity. the second channel i set to clean boost (does this very well) but it can be set to overdrive, but it's a harsh crunch (not necessarily bad). i then eq the fatdrive and set it to unity as well. then i run into my other pedals, overdrives etc...

I use it to push a dirty amp for medium gain.I also push it with a Red Llama for solos and heavey rhythum. It works great with a Crowther Hotcake also.I haven't had a chance to use my TTS with it.I run two amps a hellhound and a Blues Jr and it works great for both.

I actually use it for my rhythum and hit it with a pedal for leads.I also use the Llama and juicer for some things without the Fatdrive. This gives me plenty of sounds to work with. The Llama is sort of like a Big Muff but more tweakable.Jeorge told me he was going for a cranked princeton sound. When he made it.Wow you know Rick.I've always wanted to meet him.Did he ever get his website up?

I had the Rhino also.I had to sell a Llama and Rhino last year to pay the rent last year.I just got this Llama last week.I can't wait to get another Rhino. It's one funky overdrive. That's what I like about it.
