One of the coolest things about Ted was that his TIME was always dead nuts on! Even when he's adjusting the amp and talking - never blows the form. Totally improvised too by the way.

Thanks for the pre-gig inspiration Billy! Smile Ted was a master for sure; I've been working on that artificial 'harp' harmonic stuff lately...man, is that challenging...

I have all of Ted's books.There is something about his teaching style that never bores me.Lately I've been working with his Modern Chord Progressions book.I highly recommend it to anyone wanting cool insight to chord voicing/leading.I'm not sure if EJ was a fan but I hear a lot of the same type of chords and progressions in this book.
