are those true bypass or do you have to unplug them so as not to kill the battery?

Marcus, I made the Vox and both MXR's true bypass. So everything is now TB. The above-left is a DIY A/B box; with one stomp I activate the Soul-bender which is plugged into the otherv tremolux channal.

Interesting location for the phase shifter. I have always had better luck with them after overdrives and distortions.

I use the 45 as stand-alone as it easily gets lost with other pedals. So I never tried it after OD/fuzz. I'll give it a try...
