Is Leslie West the fattest guitarist ever? I would say like. . .BB king. . .and Malmsteen would at least have an honorable mention. . . "On the Moon, nerds get their pants pulled down and they are spanked with Moonrocks." |

"fattest" is such a judgement vibe term. I won't let that stuff invade my serene being.
since my forums exodus - I meditate and look for the finest things in all. I haven't got time for the hate. I haven't got room for the pain. I haven't the need for the blame. Your pal, Zenmaster Oakland |

I WILL NOT fill that prescription, Dr. Skittles.
I know happiness for the first time, and hatelessness is my salvation. It's LOVE LOVE LOVE! _=__--____-----> www.marcylordsarmy.com "I will pray that you end your heathen and wicked lifestyle." - Marcy Lords, August 1973 |

We all have hate. No man is hateless. If you loved everything and everyone you would be a fool. A robot. It is our capacity to love AND hate that provides us with the ability to make moral decisions. Without love and hate existing within our souls we would cease to be human. You see, Zen Oak, sometimes it is good to hate and bad to love . . .the opposite is also true. We must use our free will to decide what is good and what is bad. . .what is worthy of hate or love. We all must follow our own path. . .what man can say. . .what is right. . . and what is wrong? My Dr Skittles friend, you relativize emotional polar opposites in an effort to cojoin states which need not exists in any balance whatsoever. Love and Hate are not weighed on a scale, except by those who seek to quantify. It is an illusionary endeavor. The love I speak of is "self-love". The acceptance of the inner self nature as not necessitating an apology for being. Setting aside the oppressive criticism of the self (the functional equivalent of what you call 'hate') is not an act of unbalance, but rather, a repositioning of one's life onto the road to real, decernable balance and redeeming grace. Join me, won't you?

Love and hate. . .good and evil exist in a balance whether you choose to recognize that fact or not. Always have always will. The story of life is the struggle between good and evil. The struggle to survive. There is no pure good or evil. . .you cant love yourself entirely there will always be something you dont like about yourself. . .that is human nature. To deny these things is just . . .well. . .living in denial. "On the Moon, nerds get their pants pulled down and they are spanked with Moonrocks." |

I bet I could bbq a pig with your heart of coal my dear Dr Skittles friend.
You defame my efforts at self-love with this nonsense of hate's certainty. I admit it is present, but it is not assured. It is in this way that we so differ. While futility masquarading as insight is your beacon, I turn to the potential possibilities of the imagined becoming real. It is all the difference in the world. I do wish you well, more than you know. Shine on you crazy diamoind, shine on like the moon and the sun and the stars. "Isn't it a pity, now isn't it a shame. How we break each other's hearts and cause each other pain." "You don't need no church house And you don't need no Temple You don't need no rosary beads or them books to read To see that you have fallen If you open up your heart You will know what I mean We've been kept down so long Someone's thinking that we're all green" |

"While futility masquarading as insight is your beacon" I will agree with you here. When you look at the way things are. . .you are born and die. . .things look pretty futile. You can work your whole life to die. . .maybe leave behind a scrap of inspiration for future generations to be blown up by a meteor or nuclear device. . .maybe leave behind nothing at all. So why bother doing anything at all. I guess we have to say to ourselves that a moment of perfection is worth the effort. That love, inspiring works of art, better technology ect. . . is worthwile. . .it is good because it is inspiring and it furthers the human race. . .such as it is. So maybe one day things will be better than they are. I see where you are coming from, oakland. I am more sold on your positive philosophy than mine. . .but you can never forget the negative. Sometimes we all fall into that trap. "On the Moon, nerds get their pants pulled down and they are spanked with Moonrocks." |
