I dunno..he's a damn fine player...does most any style...wonderful phrasing...the whole band revolves around his axe's sound...but I think I know what you mean about there being limits to what your money will buy..but he's not a trophy type at all, not really...I mean, he still loves running his 65 ampeg reverborocket in tandem with his matchless dc-30, so he's no brand whore..
