invite some hot chicks to practice . it'll make the guys in the band play tip top to impress like a gig except looser . showin off and driving the groove . practice and just going through the motions gets old always mix in a fresh jam song to losen up and switch gears if the old stuff isn't working and come back to it . sometimes you can't force a groove .
or take two shots o whiskey ....that works for me too !
