Paul, upset over the Beatles pending breakup, claims his mother, Mary, came to him in a dream saying, "Let it be." This session was filmed. Paul on the piano and the maracas, John on the bass, Billy Preston on the organ or the electric piano, 2 UNK on the trumpets, 2 UNK on the trombones, UNK on the tenor sax, UNK on the cello. The single was produced by George Martin with George Harrison on the lead. The album version was produced by Phil Spector with John on lead guitar. The engineers were Glyn Johns, Jeff Jarratt, and Phil MacDonald. This was the first Beatles record to be released in the USSR. This clip and one of "Two Of Us" was shown on the "Ed Sullivan Show".
