there was a news bit on CNN last week about men who block themselves, yes, their own computers, from porn sites . . . because they could not stop on their own. With one company's software, if you want to de-activate the block you have to call them in person and talk to their operator to get the password.
There's a good deterrent "Hello, yes, this is O***** calling again . . . just ten more minutes, please"
