Found an apartment. It's the bottom floor of a house right in the middle of the neighborhood I want to be in. (Willy St rocks, Jenifer street owns)

So it's a 3 bedroom, and we have a basement. I can play down there. Laundry machines, which is nice. Turning in the application tomorrow.

One of the landlords guys called (VS partnership... Bill and Jim, nice guys) and said that if we want it, it's ours. Gonna sign the lease t'morrow.

We will have our own fucking basement! I will make it into a recording studio of sorts. I will be able to play drums. I haven't played an un-muffled drumset in close to 7 goddamn months. Maybe more. I don't even want to think about it, in fact. I'm sick of this fucking sound off rubber pad pussy footin' bullshit. Motherfuck. And it's a block away from the co-op, and we can hop the back fence to get to the liquor store. And the fire dept. I'm excited. Of course, we don't move in until August 15th, and my lease ends July 31, but whatever. It'll all work out.

No. House music in general pisses me off. There are a few exceptions (some good Rabbit in the Moon songs, maybe a DJ Dan song or two... Ferry Corsten's hot track, but in general 99% of it blows asshole, and not in the good way), but I hate it.
