Looks pretty cool. I probably won't be buying any new guitars for a while though...money is a bit tight right now.
Not to mention the way I have my ASAT's set up gives me a lot of tonal versatility. And talk about tone...I was getting some pretty sweet sounds with them and my Purkhiser amp last night. I think I really stumbled onto a really sweet combination...for Taikonaut anyway...although I did use the ASAT's on some of The Threshing Floor's recordings.
I used the ASAT's and the Purkhiser for the first time at a gig last night and they really deliverd for me tonally. I wish could have said the same for my Line 6 delay pedal.
The damn thing kept randomly turning itself off after being on for about 15-20 seconds. This was quite troublesome...especially since one or two of the songs relied on the delay pretty heavily...but, being one to think fast on my feet, I was able to use an alternative "digital" soultion by picking with my fingers to simulate the delay. Not as cool as the real thing but it saved me from simply not playing the song.
Fucking power fluctuations at the club freaked the delay out...I may end up ditching the Line 6 and getting a Boss DD-20 instead. I'll have to go to GC to check one out.

Yeah, digital is terrible for dealing with crummy power sources....and it could just be an open somewhere in the circuit, which is a troublesome bitch with such complex workings. I would always gig with a spare if I were you
?what about the dsl no delay patch?
And as for your power and..to a lesser extent tone problems

Yeah...I should keep an extra one on hand...or a cheap used DD-5 that I can use in a pinch.

I assume you are talking about my Marshall TSL.
Dude...I told you...it's a tube amp. Marshall only puts digital effects on their ValveState amps...and I wouldn't use one. Besides...I wasn't using the Marshall for Taikonaut. I was using the Purkhuser Electronics amp.

Thanks man...I will have to check it out. I was actually thinking of getting a voltage regulator after last nights delay pedal drama. I'll have to check out their stuff.
