A limited edition, vintage custom enclosed CD release of "SquidBoy" and "Blackberry Motorist" has been scheduled for a mid June release on Not-A-RoyBoy Records.

I believe there are some....'issues' between the 'arteest' and the multi-fascist record label that have yet to be reconciled?...

something to do with 'original artwork' on the CD cover clashing with the vintage CD enclosure...

The release of the "SquidBoy" EP on Not-A-RoyBoy Records is going forward as planned. Allegations of 'artistic control' and 'quality control issues' have not stalled the initial pressing.

On Friday May 30, 2003, Not-A-RoyBoy Records received an injunction order from the Superior Court of Alameda California specifying the immediate closure of any and all production efforts in regards to "SquidBoy" and "Blackberry Motorist".
