Xbox has both of those with better graphics.

Halo is better than both but TS future perfect

is coming out soon and looks good (xbox too)

Metroid Prime is best FPS in my opinion.

For shooters in general Resident Evil 4 owns all

first OR 3rd person. You havent lived till you

play that game. PS2 is lame in my opinion. . .

its my least favorite major console of all

time. . .PS1 was one of the best. . .trust me

been into games hardcore since c64 and atari.

if you want FPS on console its common knowledge

that Xbox rules the roost. ps2 is for rpgs and

platformers mainly . . .wait till brothers in

arms comes out and see what console looks best

with that game! (xbox). . .not to mention Doom

3 with CoOp. . .bonus is that you can also play

the original Doom games on Xbox live too!

(included). . .the new FF looks good for ps2

but thats about it right now as to reasons to

have it. . .its too weak for most FPS like

Doom 3. . .(and it had to be toned down alot for

Xbox but it still looks good. . .I played the

PC version of D3 and beat it. . .sold it though

because I want to play versus my friends on the

big screen in CoOp. . .anyways enjoy your PS2

GTA SA is coming to Xbox on my birthday. . .

yet another reason to own Xbox (will have better

graphics bonus material plus probably custom

soundtracks) Only games I like for PS2 are

Devil May Cry (just the first one) and castle

vania Lament of Innocence (but as castlevania

games go it wasnt that good just I am a castleV

fan). . .still no CastleV surpasses the SOTN

for PS1. . .The new CV is coming soon to PS2

and looks pretty good I guess. . .eh. . .I think

CV is better in 2d though really. . .3d loses

the feel . . .even the creator of CV said

he prefers 2d CVs. PS2 is way way overrated if

you really look at what it has to offer versus

past and present consoles.

SO not true. Believe me. . .I have

a high end PC with a Radeon 9800 pro. Doom looks

better than it will on Xbox. . .but who gives

is way more satisfying than a mouse. . .and

console gaming is way more comfy because I can

sit back in my leather chair and play on the

big screen. In my opinion to say console FPS

suck is wrong. I enjoy console FPS more. Even

though PC version looks better. . .I am not a

graphics whore though.

and I would like to see a PC shooter better

than what capcom pulled of with Resident Evil 4

on the Gamecube! I'll save you the time! There

isn't one! System power has nothing to to with

how good games are. . .there are good games

on the original Playstation and its only what

32 bit? Xbox is better because it

has better games! Ninja Gaiden, Halo (which

rocks despite what the goober above says [the

one with no reason for his lame statements]),

KOTOR, Riddick (a great FPS that surpasses any

shooter on your precious little ps2) the list

goes on and on. I'll sum it up for you:

PS1 = good PS2 = not as good as Xbox and the

good games that are on it are mostly all on the

Xbox or the Gamecube. . .so there is no really

great reason to own a PS2.
