I lived in FL for 9 years... you can find all sort of types of weed there. Dirt weed cut off of bricks, hydro indoor krippie (it's funny that no other area of the country uses that term), midgrades. I've seen the whole spectrum available in both Ft. Lauderdale/Miami area and up north in Gainesville.
