Mother fucking right they do.

After the revolution (when I am in charge) I am going to offer FREE ring tones to anybody that wants them.

I will announce that anybody wanting to claim their ring-tones should go to a hall in town on a day decided upon by me to claim their free ringtone.

I shall then capture and kill them.

All.

From that moment, the only legal ringtone will be a fairly quiet and not unpleasant beeping.
