Remote high hat thingy! That's cool. How do you mount the non foot pedal part? It doesn't look like it has legs or anything. I always thought it would be cool to have one of those.

the foot-pedal part is pretty heavy (by design) . . . so it sits there OK. I used it for a while, then discovered
1. I have no real use for a second hi-hat
2. I had the cymbals over on the right side, next to my ride . . . and it confused me when I tried to use the foot pedal on my left, when the cymbals were on the right. My brain could not accept that fact.

could a .. large soft rubber cylinder type thing be put on the remote part and could you quickly pump the foot pedal part up and down real fast so that the umm rubber cylinder type thing would move in and out real fast?
