I have never heard one. I like their Route 66 pedal a lot. So give me more details about the amp...it happened at practice...were you playing it before it happened? I need details if you are looking for help. Did it make the "static" sound with the amp's volume all the way off? What was the static sound like? How loud was it? Did the static change in volume as you turned up the volume knob? Anyway...those single channel vintage type amps will often make no sound even if the volume is all the way up if all of your tone pots are turned all the way down. Sometimes people who don't play guitar just turn the knobs for no real reason while they are checking an amp out at a rehearsal space or garage. Band member's girlfriends or non-musician friends visiting a practice space are notorious for this. Anyway, let me know what's what. MY NAME IS PEEEEEEEACHEEEEEEESSSS!!!

I'll take another look tommorow, it's probably a loose whatever I'm not that full of envy, my guv'nor sounds more slash then anything, the OD was just good for blues and rory just guessing, but the 66 is the J&h without the crappy extra gain (noise) stage. You still dig your clon more though right?

The Route 99 is a TS-9 type overdrive with a really nice compressor channel built in too. And yes...I do like my Klon more. If you are ever looking for that Klon sound and you don't have a lot of money to spend you really should check out the Keeley Fat Modded Blues Driver. I fucking love that damn thing.
