Gibson V, a Dan Erlewine built V, and toward the end a custom shop pink V (I'm not sure who built it) through solid state amps. Acoustics throughout the '70's and '80's, and the last time I saw him, about 6 months before his death, he was playing through a Roland Jazz Chorus.

such a stinging tone he must of had something else in his bag of tricks i heard a live cut of him and s.r.v. playing ,the sky is crying (killer) they both sounded close(tone)albert had a little more sting(the only way i can explain it) maybe some kind of treble boost
The only Pedal Mr. King ever used was occasionally a phaser. He definitely favored "Acoustic" amps - usually the model 360 that had a 15" and a horn. One VERY LOUD MF.
