How was the sound created for the guitar solo in Black Sabbath's Paranoid?

um, im pretty sure its just Iommi and his setup, I believe he plays the Sg Custom (with 3 humbuckerson that track. im pretty sure he just plays the solo on the neck pickup, (someone correct me if im wrong)

If I'm not mistaken, Iommi was using an old Maestro Ring Modulator.

and its definately double or triple tracked if I remember correctly.
