Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a pedal to get me in the area of either:

The Rolling Stones - Satisfaction

or

The Doors - Spanish Caravan (when the fuzz kicks in)

That OD had to be aa early geranium fuzz type thing.

Satisfaction, was a Maestro Fuzz Tone, music you is remaking them, have not heard one though..

This is an old post and I'm sure ther caravan is well gone but there's one other element in the door's guitar sound. Robbie Krieger didn't use a pick. He used his nails. When you use your nails in combination with your finger tips you can change the tone quite a bit.
