Well I've been jonesing for a 5E3 Narrow Panel Tweed or Clone...ie. Clark Beufort...Victoria 20112..but these things run around 2000 grand for me to get one out here...then i though about building a 5E3 kit from Mission amps or STf Electronics...also not cheap...then comes along...
www.Marble-Amps.com and they are making what look to be exquisite Tweed knock offs at half the price...I will be checking one out in the near future...anyone got any info. on these things...???

Teddy might be a nice line to get in!! Wink Wink

They look really cool. But 1/2 price of what? 1800 Euro's (for that bassman style roadking) is about $2000.00 U.S. these days, and then there's shipping. For you guys in Europe though, it looks like a great alternative to Kendrick or Victoria.

KIasaine...I meant that they were half price of similar models of Clark or Vicky repros not too mention a real one...at least for me to get one over here...I'm looking at around $2000 for a Clark or Vicky 5E3 Narrow Panel Tweed Deluxe clone and around $1000 for the equvalent Marble AMP with 3 spring long tank reverb and Oregon pine cab and a Celestion G12H30...the Club Reverb is around 300 more and is about 35 watts with 6L6's and has more clean headroom and was meant to be what the deluxe could have been without the typical farty tweed low-end...very cool and represents great value for me...Heck I was looking at around $1000 to get a 5E3 parts kit and cab. over here from Missionamps or STF Electronics and then I'd have to build it...so these Marbles represent great value providing they have it...that tweed tone...if they do I will be pulling the trigger...
