I just got a prescription electronics, Throb Tremolo, love the tone. But its not true bypass. I read in harmonycentral, that you can fix this problem. Does anyone now how to make this baby a true bypass..???

I had one and it added a little unwanted boost to my signal. I called Jack at PE and he confirmed that the Throb is not true bypass but he could change the value of the input resistor to tame the bump. I don't remember him saying anything about a true bypass mod but you could call him and ask. I'll post his number at a later time if I can find it again.The boost actually made my dirtboxes sound a lot better but did nothing for my cleans. You could always get a looper and put it into a loop or build a TB loop. I have an old MMFX looper with 2 loops where my tonesuckers reside.
