I am considering building a guitar to approach the tones of the Baker RF model using USACG parts. I have had a good experience building a tele from their woods and it was kind of fun. I would appreciate feedback on these specs:

Scale: 24.75
Neck: Mahagony
Fretboard: Ebony
Headstock: USA tele style
Neck thickness at nut .840, asymetric profile
Taper: .070
Neck width 1 11/16
Earvana compensated nut

Hollow tele body with mahagony body and spruce cap. Don't know the cap thickness, suggestions?

Reranch nitro finish on body, tru oil on neck

tone pros bridge system

2V 2T controls, maybe coil tapping.

Bill Lawrence L450 4.8 bridge, L450 3.6 neck (have these on order so want to try them)

Opinions on this getting tones in the ball park of the Baker RF model are appreciated.

If I could afford a Baker I would track one down, but I cant so this is my "poor" mans approach. Thanks
