If it all gets to be too much trouble, try to find a Chandler Digital Echo. It is INCREDIBLY close to the tape sound.
I have had 3 Echoplexes, and this Chandler is what got me to stop wasting time with tapes/maintainance, etc. It is one rack space, and also does straight delay, and chorusing efx. "now i dream about tone, day dream about tone, think about tone at work, think about tone when im taking a dump, musiciansfriend and vintage guitar mag right next to the toilet....its getting weird" -BigRob |
