My Dyna-Comp is from the 80s, and it has an internal trimmer (the foam deteriorated a long time ago, revealing the trimmer). My question is, anyone know what this does? I was fooling with it yesterday, and the closest I can tell is that it affects the speed of attack/release, like a rack unit. Anyone else think otherwise?
