it turns on and everything but
it doesnt send sound to the cab
does anyone have any idea about this?

a bad speaker cable?
a blown speaker?
plug the amp into another speaker and try to confirm that the problem is really the amp
a dead battery in the guitar?
a bad guitar cord?
try another guitar and another guitar cord.
if you are sure that the amp is bad which is not impossible but rarely occurs, there is indeed a blown part in the amplifier, or a broken connection usually in the vicinity of the input jack. hope that is under warranty.
does this amp have send and return jacks on the back panel? if so connect a guitar cord between send and return jacks, sometimes the jacks are dirty or corroded and that stops it from working. if not, you need a repair shop. hope one of these ideas works.
