There are tones of guys over at Harmony-Centrals effects forum that can help you.
I sent my stuff to Bennett Music Labs. He did a great job and got it back to me in 4 days

if you don't want to try to install a true-bypass switch yourself, i'd recommend the analogman (www.analogman.com).
but i'd give it a try on your own. pick up a Fulltone 3PDT switch from fulltone.com or stewmac.com ($15). it's pretty straight-forward to replace. stewart-macdonald's website also has free info sheets on wiring that switch with illustrations.

good luck.

...Had modded two of my pedals to TB. Good work; fast turn around, fair prices.

Check out my CD at www.cdbaby.com/cd/sloves

The Tubeworks pedals use a momentary switch thats snap action and the actual switching is done in a chip on the board so true bypassing may be a real involved ordeal. Alsi the fact that it has 2 LED's you will have to use a 3PDT switch and run the LED's off of that. You will need a schematic to see what terminal designations are on the chip and run wires to the switch from the board. You will also have to determine if a pulldown resistor is required so it does'nt pop when engaged. I figure something with a tube in it may make one hell of a pop when switched in ad possibly that's the reason that it is not TB. If anybody knows if this can be done and how and if it is practical, I'd like to know also because I have one and it sounds killer (Green Label 5751 tube replaced the 12AX7LPS)
