I ordered 4 OCD pedals for me and my friends in late November / early December and three of them seem to be lost somewhere, although my credit card has already been charged for 4 pedals.
I've contacted Teddy several times and sent him all my invoices, but there's still no sign of the pedals.
I can't trace the shipping on the website nor did I ever get a tracking number by UPS.
Has this ever happened to any of you? What would you do?

I've contacted UPS and they told me that they never send the tracking info directly to the customers. It's the shipper who has to give me the info. Does anyone know whether that is true?

Did you actually talk to Teddy? Sometimes emails can get screwy. I'd call him, to get the tracking info.

Also, you may want to post this in the "Guitars, Amps, and Pedals" section. That's where most of the action is. He is basically a 1 man operation, and may just have missed something. I know that he's working on a new inventory system, too.

Anyway, I'd try to call and actually talk to him. It will probably be a simple fix.

Bull Pucky. I ship UPS a fair amount and when you go through their new computerised system (at least our local UPS is computerised) it automatically sends the receiver an email - assuming you enter their email info in there.

So many pedals, so little time...
