Good to hear, I'm thinking about a Slingshot myself. Now that they have gone direct sales the prices are a little better.
I played one in a store for a minute or two unplugged, and the neck is very different than what I'm used to. I have fairly large hands though so I'm thinking it might be a good match...Now if I can keep from buying pedals for a couple of months!

I've been having a small problem with my current guitar. I've been using Pryamid flatwounds with a wound G string and the bridge won't go back far enough to get correct intonation.
I sent an email to Reverend asking about this and got a reply from Joe Naylor in about an hour. He told me to have them contact him when I place my order so that they can setup the guitar with the strings that I use and that it shouldn't be a problem.
I've heard that they have great support and I'm impressed so far.

Joe is a great guy, and has always been helpful with me. I'm fortunate enough to live about 30 minutes away from the Reverend factory. I stopped by there last Friday to check out a couple things. I'm also going to be ordering a Slingshot soon, and look forward to being able to deal face to face with the people who will be building my guitar. I wasn't sure how good of an idea it was for them to be going direct, but the price drop is enough to keep me happy. Lawrence D.

BTW, what color/finish are you going to get? My Rocco has the black chrome "bug eye" finish with zebra humbuckers. It's definately a conversation piece. Lawrence D.
