Has anyone had Fulltone do any mods to their pedals recently?

e-mail him and ask, If it's too outrageous he probably wont but if it's an upgrade to an older pedal to bring it up to newew specs I heard he will.

He has responded to people in the past that he doesn't have time to mod his pedals.

There was an email on the web that someone posted that was pretty crazy, he was saying it would cost thousands of dollars of his time to do mods, I guess it makes sense if he is building a lot of pedals.

Well, I was just asking becuase I I was told by their tech today they they don't do mods and just wanted to see if he wasn't just jerkin me around becasue I know for a fact that they used to. The mod I wanted was for my blue pre-FM Fulldrive II. I wanted to have the flat mids option added, an update.

Mike (fuller) doesn't do mods anymore, but he might be willing to update yours. If he doesn't, I offer the exact same mod for $35-shipping is free.

Thanks,
Brian

Hi Brian! I saw a mod on Ebay by Aramat i think that modded the 2002 FD2 to the new specs with the 3 way switch. They mentioned that you could use the FM and Vintage with the comp cut on as well [at the same time]. Could this also be done with a 2004 model. By adding the push pull pot???

It's my understanding that the clipping part of the circuit that is Vintage or FM is bypassed in comp-cut mode, therefore you can't have them both on at the same time.
